COVID-19    OUR RESPONSE

To our valued customers,

 

With recent concerns regarding COVID-19 we at Kristian Electric are taking actions to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and customers.

 

At this time, Kristian has been classified as a support to essential services and will continue to offer crane and welder service while following the Public Health Agency requirements as identified by the Chief Medical Officers for the provinces and the Federal government.  All three of our branches remain open for business. 

 

However, if you have or are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms such as cough, runny nose or sore throat, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting our sites.  Please respect the 2 metre distancing requirements to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees.

 

In order to adhere to physical distancing practices, we kindly ask that if you are able, to call ahead for part orders so we may prepare your order for fast pickup.  This will alleviate time spent within our showrooms.

 

Also, if you have a machine in need of calibration or repair, we ask that you drop it off outside in the designated areas at each of our locations and we will be happy to service your equipment from our facilities.

 

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed with changes as they occur while still providing you with all of your parts and servicing needs.  

 

Lastly, we sincerely hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented time.
